Ordered & was looking forward to chow mein, garlic chicken, & bar b que pork The bar b que pork had an off old taste & it should have not been used. I'm not a picky eater, I called to let them know them know they should try to taste it, the man on the phone kept talking over me & said, we cover it. I let him know I wasn't eating the pork, it's bad _ U just wanted them to know so no one would get sick. Then I just said "You're welcome", He said thank you. They'll save it still I'm sure & not throw it away.🤢🤮

Never as Good as China Express by Food 4 Less. New owners, new business name, new staff and Ridiculously small portions. Tight wads on food. Not friendly customer service. The server put a tiny amount of food in my combo plate. I'm use to the original China Express giving large portions of food and it was hot food. My food was cold, the egg rolls were lousy. The chicken was cold. None of our food was hot or tasted fresh. What the hell happened to China Express by Food 4 Less that was there for years? Why did they close? What a huge disappointment today!!!!!. Especially to find out "China Express" is gone. There were a lot of staff there for years, that possibly lost their jobs. Pretty ridiculous all the way around!

Ive been eating here for over 8 years, and today when i made a visit i ordered the same thing i always get for my mother in law. Orange chicken and fried chicken. For the 8 years ive been eating here they have always served this plate to me with 2 peices of fried chicken. Today they only served me one peice of fried chicken. I asked to be served another peice and asked the worker why she was giving me one peice when they have always served 2. The woman tried to come up with this nonsense saying" when you order 2 side with meat its only 1 peice chicken but if you only order 1 side with meat youll get 2. " and i explained to her what im saying in this review. That ive ordered this plate for over 8 years by this point and i have always been served 2 peices of chicken and i even order different combinations of the entree like mongolian beef and fried chicken, or bbq pork and fried chicken, and every single time i have always gotten 2 peices of chicken. After explaining this i asked " when did you start serving only 1 peice of chicken?" The woman rudely just dismisses what im saying by acting dishonest with me with a short answer of" no never. I ordered the orange pork, it was good, teriyaki chicken, never again. The teriyaki chicken tasted old, vinegary. I had to throw away my chicken. I didn’t want to get sick. Chow mein noodles were standard. I will try one more time with other items but, as it stands right now, I agree with Daniel Lia, Bring Back China Express.

Terrible. Bring back china express 🤦🏻‍♂️ Edit: I came back 7 months later to see if anything changed , and it went from bad to worse they even changed the soy sauce and hot sauce ???!! I don’t even want to get into customer service. Old ladies give out attitude like it’s a reward. What is wrong with you guys. Horrible. Whoever the owner is, I hope your happy getting rid of china express and the workers that were there before. This place is horrible.
